CONDOR
Prospective study aims at defining the natural history of dural arteriovenous fistulas (dAVFs) through comprehensive clinical, imaging, and outcome data collection. Participants are being enrolled for longitudinal tracking of functional status, cognition, and tinnitus severity.
PHANTOM
IA Blood Biomarker
Unruptured intracranial aneurysms (IAs) remain difficult to detect and unpredictable to manage. To address this clinical gap, our goal is to translate whole-blood RNA expression signatures into a high-accuracy, minimally invasive screening assay designed to identify asymptomatic IAs and predict rupture risk to safely guide clinical intervention.
INSPECT
Multicenter study using 3T and 7T high-resolution MRI with semi-automated plaque enhancement quantification to investigate the relationship between intracranial plaque enhancement and symptomatic presentation.
Ex-Vivo
Evaluating intracranial aneurysm (IA) rupture risk remains a subjective clinical challenge. Our goal is to apply advanced radiomics to high-resolution MRI scans to objectively map invisible tissue degeneration and wall inflammation and developing reproducible biomarkers to identify high-risk aneurysms that might guide early treatment.
Velocity Informatics
We aim to identify hemodynamic markers linked to aneurysm growth, thrombosis, and rupture risk by leveraging velocity informatics and fluid dynamics simulations. This is achieved by mapping complex blood flow velocity patterns within the aneurysm sac and parent vessel using image-based features.
